Glenn Sutton was the Principal Broker and along with his wife Diane, were co-owners of the company. With close to 30 years of property management experience and as rental property owners themselves, they understood the importance of managing your rental(s) to be successful! After his passing in 2017, Diane continued the management of the business along with their son Colby Sutton, who has become the Principal Broker. He has been with Horizon Management since 2003.

Our focus is always on getting the best results for those that we serve, both owners and renters. We believe that by treating people how we would like to be treated, that we are able to foster strong relationships that produce optimal outcomes. Things are always changing, but our consistent application of proven management practices allows us to weather those changes with minimal disruption to the rental income of our clients.
